TV Advertisment - Overtime counseling

I am sitting at my desk working, it is 11:42 pm, and the tv switches to a commercial from the law offices of James Sokolove. In the body of the advertisement, it states if you are an employee earning less than $50,000.00, and you are salaried, then you may be entitled to overtime pay.

What is intriguing to me is that these guys are out there, searching for anyway to enforce employee rights. We rarely see the advocacy going for the employer. So the playing field needs to be labeled. Technology is the only way everyone is on the same field. We have to make it fair for all parties. The only way we can do that is to take the he said she said game away. We cannot allow for a speculative conversation between people when it comes to valuation of someone's worth in an employment arrangement, whether it be the employer or the employee. If both are tied into the same system with equal access and equal reporting capabilities, then neither party can out cry or play the unfair ball.

Anybody out there with any ideas, give us a comment. I would like people to weigh in on this subject!
