Wal-Mart Settle 63 Lawsuits
Wal-Mart, North America's largest retailer, has agreed to pay up to $640 million dollars in labor wage claims. We have been following this story for a long time, as it will have ripple effects through the time and attendance industry. Those effects will be that systems have to have safeguards to keep enterprise level companies from being liable to such lawsuits in the future, or to at least mitigate their exposure.
